Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy is as follows:
Bs Knees Creations items are 100% hand made, hand dyed, hand cut, and hand pressed each individually.
With the nature of our products and the way the bleaching, acid wash, or tie dying is done NO two shirts, products, or items will be the exact same. We value the uniqueness of our products and that’s what makes them so fun!
Returns for damages are accepted provided they have not been worn and can be returned within 5 business days but customer is responsible for return shipping with a tracking number available for transit.
Returns are not accepted when an item does not match a photo, as each piece is customized based on your order, please be advised of this when ordering.
B’s Knees is given an allowed turnaround time. There are no exchanges or returns given due to an order being placed and not allowing the turnaround time to receive the product.
Exchanges will be made only if there is an error in pressing that might of been overlooked, missing details, lettering, etc.
Exchanges cannot be taken for a product merely because it doesn’t 100% match the photo used for promotion. Remember, all products are handmade, giving them their own uniqueness. If there is a need to replace an item for any reason, the same shirt will be received. Meaning, you cannot swap out the shirt that needs replaced for an entirely new tee.
Refunds are given in the form of store credit only and cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
Cancellations need to be made within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be done.
** For any issues with orders, it must be brought to our attention within 7 days of purchase.
Bleaching, dying, or distressing any item will result in a different look each time. All sales are final.
Turnaround time: 10-14 business days.
Excludes weekends, holidays and transit time.
All packages are sent as First Class.
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days on top of the 10-14 business day turnaround time, to receive your item.
B’s Knees Creations is not responsible for lost packages or damaged items due to poor transit.

Store credits given for any reason expire after 60 days. This is in calendar days. Weekends and holidays are included in this 60 day time limit.
